This is everything I saw from inside Curry Hall during the YCT (Young Conservatives of Texas) meeting with Jeff Younger. I would like to clarify that I do not wish to take a side in this matter. I am simply observing.
Who is Jeff Younger? What’s his story?
Jeff Younger is a United States Veteran who lost custody of his children because he would not agree with his former wife (Anne Georgulas) that his child James identified as a girl named Luna. Through an extensive court battle that has lasted for most of their child’s life, Anne Georgulas had received full custody in a case that has now gained popularity at the University of North Texas. Last week, February 23rd, 2022, Jeff was invited by the Young Conservatives of Texas to give a presentation and tell his story to the organization. This caused outrage amongst the students and a protest was in the plans.
Due to freezing weather, the Campus closed down and his presentation was delayed to Wednesday, March 2nd, 2022.
So what went down?
Upon walking up to Curry Hall, I was greeted by protesters who walked into the building with me. Walking into the lecture room, I noticed that most of the people there were people wearing all black. I was informed before the protest that wearing black was showing that you supported the trans community during this protest. This showed that most of the people in the lecture room were against Jeff and did not want him here. There were still some people who were not wearing black. To respect their privacy, they are not the focus of any of these images. Police officers were guarding the entrance to the lecture hall. The protesters were handing out flyers as seen below.
They wrote Among Us on the board and I thought it was pretty funny.
As soon as Jeff walked in, it was clear that the students did not welcome him here. Yelling “Boo!” and telling him to get a fashion sense. Saying “We don’t want you here!”
At one point, someone wrote “Jeff Younger is a fascist nazi” to which he crossed out and put “genius.”
The crowd continues to Boo as he grins. I would also like to point out that Jeff Younger is perfectly centered with the Among Us behind him.
More Photographers start showing up (I was the first one hehe) and the YTC members give up and try to welcome Younger despite all the commotion. I turn around when people start yelling “Fuck these Fascists!” and when I turn back Younger is clapping. Encouraging the protesters to continue.
This goes on for a while. Back and forth yelling and kazooing as he continues to clap and encourage.
After all that, one of the people in the crowd gets up and starts to deliver a speech. Here is what they have to say:

The protesters continued on
One person in particular got heated and got really close to Jeff and a cameraman.
Now it’s the camera guy’s turn to get a little angry. The cop intervenes.
Here is just about the entire presentation Jeff gave. I apologize now for some of the audio troubles that pop towards the middle. My finger kept slipping over my mic. Palms sweaty…. it fixes after a minute I just had to grab my bearings a few times.
Notice why Jeff has to leave at the end. YTC was waiting for a threat.
I had found Professor Adam before leaving the room and I was able to hear some of his words. Some students came to listen.
After everything inside was over, I went outside to see the crowd.
